One-Way Trademark Ticket
(Single Application)

protected on its own

Round-Trip Trademark

USPTO government filing fees (currently $350 per class) are billed separately and paid directly to the USPTO. Additional classes of goods or services beyond what’s included in your Ticket are priced separately. The USPTO treats each name, logo, and tagline as a separate mark — this is standard practice across the industry — so full protection for more than one requires a separate application for each, each with its own filing fee.

In-Flight Turbulence (Office Action Letter)

Most trademark applications hit a little turbulence along the way — a question or objection from the USPTO. Here’s what it costs to get you back on course.

Turbulence
Level

What It Means

Price

Minor
Turbulence

A routine, procedural issue — like a specimen fix or minor
clarification. Our work involves correcting the paperwork and submitting a straightforward amendment, no legal argument required.

$450

Major
Turbulence

A substantive refusal requiring legal argument — such as a conflict
with an existing mark or a claim that your mark is too descriptive. Our work involves building a legal argument with supporting evidence, showing why your mark and the cited mark can coexist, and citing
precedent where it helps your case.

$1,350

Emergency
Landing

A formal appeal or opposition proceeding before the Trademark Trial
and Appeal Board. Our work involves preparing formal briefs, gathering evidence, and advocating for your mark through a litigation-style process.
